TM Robot Series
Three series offered: Regular Payload, Medium/Heavy Payload, and Mobile Robot Series. Each includes a robot arm with TMvision and TMflow; task-compatible end effectors and peripherals (TM Plug&Play) available.
Questions worth asking
Do collaborative robots need safety fencing?
Not usually, which is most of their appeal — but the requirement is set by a risk assessment of the whole application, not by the arm. An inherently safe arm carrying a sharp tool or a heavy part can still need guarding.
How hard are they to program?
TechMan arms are taught by hand-guiding and a flow-based interface rather than by writing robot code, so a manufacturing engineer can build a working task without a robotics background. We include training either way.
What is the difference between the standard series and the S Series?
The S Series is TechMan's current generation: repeatability tightens to ±0.03 mm, the wrist joint doubles its speed to 450°/s for faster cycles, and the built-in AI vision is upgraded — with an IP65 arm and IP54 control box for harsher environments. The standard series remains available, and both program the same way in TMflow.
What payload do we need?
Payload is the part plus the gripper plus any cable or hose carried at full reach — the gripper is what most first-time buyers forget. TM5 through TM20 covers the range electronics assembly typically needs; tell us the part and we will size it.
