What does a PCB handling line cost?
Individual conveyors and stations sit at the low end; a full loader-to-unloader configuration depends on lane count, length, board size and whether SMEMA integration and traceability are required. We price per station so you can stage the build rather than commit to a whole line at once.
Is your equipment SMEMA compatible?
Yes. SMEMA handshaking is standard across the handling range, so the machines drop into existing lines alongside other manufacturers' printers, placement and reflow equipment without custom integration work.
What board sizes can you handle?
Standard machines cover the common SMT envelope, and width adjustment is motorised on most models. Oversized, heavy or unusually thin boards are a configuration question rather than a yes-or-no one — tell us the dimensions and we will confirm before you order.
