AMR Magazine Line Loader

MOBILE ROBOT Magazine Line Loading Solutions

Considering the AMR Magazine Line Loader?

An autonomous mobile robot moves material between stations without fixed tracks or floor markings, navigating from an onboard map and re-routing around obstacles. On an electronics line they connect processes that are near each other in sequence but not in space.

AMR Magazine Line Loader

The Mobile Robot Series Magazine handler is a "Line Loading" solution providing autonomous PCB population. Typically positioned before a Screen Printer or Bare PCB line loading station, it creates an intelligent pathway between machines via SMEMA interface and tracks PCB progress using PLC timers. The unit features fully automatic magazine loading with adjustable pitch ranging from 10mm to 50mm, roller wheels, and leveling feet for quick line integration. Both front load and side magazine buffer solutions are available.

About the AMR Magazine Line Loader

What is the pass line height of the AMR Magazine Line Loader?

Pass Line Height: 950mm nominal +/- 30mm. The full specification table for the AMR Magazine Line Loader is published on this page — we do not keep specs in PDFs or images.

What is the power draw of the AMR Magazine Line Loader?

Power: 110V / 15A standard circuit. The full specification table for the AMR Magazine Line Loader is published on this page — we do not keep specs in PDFs or images.

How much does the AMR Magazine Line Loader cost?

Price depends on the configuration rather than the base machine — tooling, fixturing, feeders and options move it more than the model does. Tell us the part and the volume and we will send the range for a build that suits it, along with lead time from US stock.

What is the lead time on the AMR Magazine Line Loader?

PROMATION USA holds mobile robot solutions in US stock, so a lead time is usually a delivery date rather than an ocean shipment. Configuration and testing happen here before the machine ships, and the engineers who set it up are the ones who support it afterwards.

Can we see the AMR Magazine Line Loader run our part before we buy?

Yes. Send us the board, the fluid or the fastener and our IPC-certified engineers will run it on the AMR Magazine Line Loader, film the result, and return cycle times and joint quality alongside a quote. There is no cost and no obligation.
