Full-featured table-top depaneling — servo gantry, vision and high-speed spindle
Depaneling separates finished boards from the panel they were assembled in. An automatic router cuts the tabs or scored web with a spindle following a programmed path, which keeps the mechanical stress away from the joints and components that hand-breaking or manual shearing puts under load.

PROMATION's TTR-400 is easy to program, easy to use, and requires no fixturing. Standard features include PCB mapping for on-screen programming, vision alignment, a high-speed spindle, automatic bit change-over, bit indexing, bit detection, and a Windows 11 OS that is MES ready and remote support capable.
The heart of the TTR-400 is a high-speed Nakanishi spindle coupled with a servo gantry motion-control platform, Basler vision, and a downward-draft dual-port vacuum system. PROMATION's proprietary software includes PCB mapping for clear, concise on-screen programming, adjustable vision lighting, ionized air flow, automatic bit indexing, automatic bit detection, and much more. PROMATION's motion control and I/O cards are integrated, allowing 100% control over the entire system when remote support is required. The system can seamlessly cut, jump, arc, and move swiftly through PCBs of varying thickness. The front door is fully automatic and may be integrated with cobots for automatic loading and unloading. A DuClean vacuum system is included to round out this solution.
