S100-T4 In-Line Soldering Robot
In-Line Soldering Robot
A robotic dispensing system applies a controlled volume of fluid — adhesive, solder paste, potting compound, conformal coating or grease — along a programmed path. Repeatability comes from holding pressure, speed and needle height constant, which is what separates a machine dot from a hand-laid bead.

The S100-T4 In-Line Soldering Machine features a robust Hot Iron system with a superior closed loop temperature sensor capable of delivering and maintaining tip temperature with industry leading stability and accuracy. Complete with a 150W Power Supply, a Wire Perforating Solder Feeder, 4-Axis Motion, Automatic Width Conveyor Bed, Adjustable End Effector, and a Tip Cleaning Station this system is more than capable of handling most any Soldering Application.
S100-T4 In-Line Soldering Machine Offers New Technology
The S100-T4 has been redesigned to offer users the latest in soldering technology. The new upgraded unit is compatible with the following new technologies:
- Bottom-Side Pallet Return System
- Upgraded Solder Feed Station (for applications that require a higher degree of rotation)
- New Elegant Exterior Color Scheme
- New Quieter Operation

About the S100-T4 In-Line Soldering Robot
What is the temperature range of the S100-T4 In-Line Soldering Robot?
Temperature Range: 50°C-500°C. The full specification table for the S100-T4 In-Line Soldering Robot is published on this page — we do not keep specs in PDFs or images.
What is the supply voltage of the S100-T4 In-Line Soldering Robot?
Voltage: 110V AC. The full specification table for the S100-T4 In-Line Soldering Robot is published on this page — we do not keep specs in PDFs or images.
How much does the S100-T4 In-Line Soldering Robot cost?
Price depends on the configuration rather than the base machine — tooling, fixturing, feeders and options move it more than the model does. Tell us the part and the volume and we will send the range for a build that suits it, along with lead time from US stock.
What is the lead time on the S100-T4 In-Line Soldering Robot?
PROMATION USA holds robotic dispensing in US stock, so a lead time is usually a delivery date rather than an ocean shipment. Configuration and testing happen here before the machine ships, and the engineers who set it up are the ones who support it afterwards.
Can we see the S100-T4 In-Line Soldering Robot run our part before we buy?
Yes. Send us the board, the fluid or the fastener and our IPC-certified engineers will run it on the S100-T4 In-Line Soldering Robot, film the result, and return cycle times and joint quality alongside a quote. There is no cost and no obligation.
