A robotic soldering system automates through-hole and selective solder joints using a programmed iron or laser head. Instead of an operator touching each joint, the machine repeats a taught path at a fixed temperature, feed rate and dwell — producing the same joint on the first board of a shift and the thousandth.
The QUICK 9333 With Light Curtain Table-Top Soldering Robot features a robust Hot Iron system with a superior closed loop temperature sensor capable of delivering and maintaining a tip temperature with industry leading stability and accuracy. Complete with Light Screen, 150W Power Supply, Tip Cleaning Station, and generous 300mm x 300mm Moving Range this system is rich with features in a consolidated design. Great for any Table-Top Soldering Process.
