Instead of an operator touching each joint, the machine repeats a taught path at a fixed temperature, feed rate and dwell — producing the same joint on the first board of a shift and the thousandth.
The F Series soldering collection is a high-performance robotic soldering solution featuring 180 Watt High Performance Soldering Technology paired with advanced process monitoring and material handling capabilities. The F Series comes equipped with comprehensive soldering infrastructure including process visualization, nitrogen generation, tip maintenance, and material feed systems.
