QUICK 9433D Dual-Head Soldering Robot
DUAL TIP SOLDERING ROBOT 9433d
A robotic soldering system automates through-hole and selective solder joints using a programmed iron or laser head. Instead of an operator touching each joint, the machine repeats a taught path at a fixed temperature, feed rate and dwell — producing the same joint on the first board of a shift and the thousandth.
The QUICK 9433D Soldering Robot features a robust Hot Iron system with a superior closed loop temperature sensor capable of delivering and maintaining a tip temperature with industry leading stability and accuracy. A Dual-Tip system will grant increased production efficiency by doubling the volume of product being soldered in a single cycle. This system is ideal for Multi-up Panels with properly sequenced solder joints.
